- Bar Coded Archive Boxes – We provide superior quality archive cartons and boxes which have a unique customised bar code for easy reference and retrieval. Detailed data can be assigned to bar codes including destruction dates, file or tape is tracked right up until it is destroyed. Also providing clients with relevant barcode numbers for their inventory lists.
- Secure Identification of stored documents – Your account is well protected and your fully automated archive boxes are only identified by barcodes and scanners. We can identify and label your documents if required
- Storage Status Updates – You will be able to check the status of your documents at any given time and able to receive electronic copies of any physical document via image.
- Retrieval and Delivery Service of your Safely Stored Documents – If you require a document, we will forward it to you within 24 hours, once notified we will retrieve this document and return to our facility to remain in its safe storage
- Security Destruction of Records – At the expiry of the agreed retention period, and acting on your instructions, the archived box/documents will be destroyed by services that include shredding, and/or recycling.
